I would like to preface this by saying that I so, so rarely leave reviews but this was too much to ignore. My experience at this place was horrible and I’m surprised that was the case with all the positive reviews. I came with my brother and we saw a discount of 10% for using cash. After placing our order, I saw that the cash and credit prices were exactly the same… so I paid in cash for no reason. We ordered the popcorn chicken, nachos, and a Biscoff latte with boba. After waiting about 10 minutes for the drink, we were told that there was no more popcorn chicken. We asked for just the amount of the chicken back. The worker did not know how to issue a refund and had to make a phone call for guidance. I understand there’s a sign that says no refunds, but I’m not sure what they want me to do when an order can’t be fulfilled. After about 5 minutes, we were told that they did in fact have chicken and they were beginning to make it for us now. Please note that we were the only customers in the store once we got the drink earlier. Both of the workers headed towards the back to work on our chicken and it took 20-25 minutes for us to finally get it. The entire time we were wait

I had a terrible experience at ThirsTea Parsippany. I ordered a chocolate brownie boba with no ice, which is a completely normal request. Instead of accommodating it, the staff insisted it must be blended with ice. After going back and forth, we compromised on less ice—and somehow I was charged extra for that. What’s worse is this isn’t a one-time issue. This has happened multiple times, so we were already cautious and clearly explained the order. Even after confirming everything and paying extra, they still didn’t follow the instructions properly. It feels like they either don’t listen or just don’t care. Charging customers more while ignoring basic requests is unacceptable. If you can’t customize a simple drink or honor what the customer asks for, don’t pretend you can. Definitely not coming back.

Very disappointed experience every time, almost we visited 5/6 times every time we get disappointed and waste of money i ordered milkshake with less ice(chocolate brownie flavor) so they need to give flavor more with less ice but lot of ice blended with no flavor taste, not worth the money, There are more Boba store nearby, One of the worst boba store ever, The lady over there ( indian) guess she doesn’t even know how to make drinks, Very much disappointed everytime.

I come to this bubble tea shop everyday since I work in the area. I am a consistent customer because the bubble tea is great but mostly because the customer service I receive from Yelana is like no other. She is one of the sweetest people I’ve met. She is extremely attentive. Everyday she greats me with a smile. Sometimes I call to place my order ahead of time if I’m in a rush and she already knows what I want as soon as she sees my name on the caller id. I hope they never get rid of her and I hope they keep the bubble tea as good as it is!

Awesome place! The boba tea is great, and everything looks so good. Can’t wait to try the ice cream, and the waffles!
